Spring is coming with color and… art shows! Come out and find us at one!

What We Did Last Month:

Sophia was a featured artist at the Richmond State Capitol.  Many thanks to Delegate Kory and the ARC of Northern Virginia!  Even her JV Cheerleading team came to the see the art and visit with our legislators. Sophia and her teammates were also welcomed on the floor of the General Assembly!

Sophia met lots of new folks at the Special Art by Special Artists exhibit at SunTrust Bank in Richmond, including staff from the ARC and Speaker of the House Corn, Dels. Kory and Murphy.

Sophia got to her see her brother Miguel and future sister-in-law Brooke in New York City over President’s Day weekend. She visited MoMA and the American Museum of Natural History during her visit.

Sophia attended the Teen Gala in Fredericksburg to raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Can you believe Sophia will be able to vote in another year and a half? Here she is learning how to exercise her civic duty and helping her parents vote on Super Tuesday.
