News and Hues

Welcome to the sophiola.com newsletter.  The leaves are full of colors just like paintings!

What we've been up to:

Sophia’s Constantly Becoming exhibit at the Fredericksburg Area Museum opened on Oct. 5th and continues through the end of the year.  It was a great time for all and we are so thankful for the wonderful and positive comments folks have made about her work and the exhibit.

Many thanks to wonderful staff and kids at Oyster-Adams elementary school in Washington, DC for inviting Sophia to talk about her art on October 30th and spread the word that everyone has greatness and talents to give the world.

On Oct. 20th Sophia went to the Disability Resource 25th Gala dinner at the Fredericksburg Expo Center where one of her donated items for the live auction was a top seller!
