News and Hues

It has been a hot, hot summer but July has been sososo full of cool things!

What We Did Last Month:

Sophia has been taking summer classes at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond to explore and expand new art techniques and methods.

Sophia has been working on her independence skills (and having lots of fun) by going to St. Elizabeth Camp at Shrine Mont as well as Camp Super Smile at the Blue Ridge School (part the of the Brainy Camps Program through Children’s National Medical Center).

Sophia’s work can also be purchased at Libertytown Arts Workshop in Fredericksburg, VA and Artworks in Richmond and is currently on display at Spencer Devon Brewing in Downtown Fredericksburg. As always, we can probably be found at a farmer’s market or art fair near you. Check out the August appearance list below!

Sophiola is partnering/working with Synergies Work, a wonderful organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, that promotes differently-abled artistic entrepreneurs.
