It's beginning to feel a lot like... WINTER!  And that means lots of seasonal spirit, dancing, and holiday art fairs.

Constantly Becoming at FAM!

Sophia’s Constantly Becoming exhibit at the Fredericksburg Area Museum opened on Oct. 5th and continues through the end of the year.  It was a great time for all and we are so thankful for the wonderful and positive comments folks have made about her work and the exhibit.  Here are the details if you haven’t attended.

Sophia will be dancing and performing in the Academy of Ballet/Fredericksburg City Ballet Company’s production of the Nutcracker on December 1st and December 2nd at James Monroe High School in Fredericksburg, VA.

On December 13 at 7pm, as part of the Constantly Becoming show, FAM will present Dan Habib’s Mr. Connolly Has ALS, a documentary that tells what it is like to acquire a disability through the eyes of Gene Connolly, a high school principal who was diagnosed with ALS.

Sophia will participate in Light Up The Season on December 16th – a fundraiser for Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Light Up The Season features designer-decorated holiday trees, menorahs, mantle pieces, and wreaths. Each original piece is a unique collaboration between a Children’s National patient and a notable area designer.
